CANCELLATION POLICY:


STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY


If for any reason you’re expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more, please notify Savannah ASAP. Anything beyond 30 minutes late will be considered a “NO SHOW” appointment and subject to a fee.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment, and guests on my wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Appointments reminders are sent 48 hours in advance to the contact information you provide, because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago! Since the service times are reserved for you personally, a less than 24 hour notice will result in a 50% OF SERVICE missed appointment fee that must be paid via invoice prior to rebooking.

In addition to the missed appointment fees, all “NO SHOW” guests must pay 100% in-full upon booking your next appointment.

The cancellation policy allows the time to inform any standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping the schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. This policy was created with excellent service expectations in mind for both established and future guests.

In the event that I, the stylist, need to cancel or adjust your appointment last minute due to emergency or illness, every effort will be made to contact you as soon as possible. I will offer to reschedule the appointment at the earliest available time that is convenient for both the client and the stylist. In this situation, no late or cancellation fee will be charged to the client.

REDOS/ADJUSTMENTS

If you are not happy with your results, please call the salon directly. Your stylist will be happy to make necessary tweaks and adjustments within 2 weeks or less of your hair appointment. Honeycomb is honored to partner with you to create your desired look.

We do not offer refunds of any kind. *See Redo/Adjustments Policy if your are dissatisfied  with your results.
